URGENT Bilingual IT helpdesk (x10 openings)

 

Job Requirements:

?         At least "O" level/ NTC-2 / Diploma in IT or Computer related studies

?         Familiar with Windows OS environment

?         Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

?         Relevant experience in a technical helpdesk and call centre environment is add on advantage

?         Willing to work on shift schedule

?         English + mother tongue language (Chinese/Malay/Tamil)

 

Desktop Engineers (X10 openings)

 Job Requirements:

- Min an O level / NTC-2 / Diploma in IT or equivalent

- Min 1 yr and above experience in IT support in troubleshooting, installing or migrating Windows OS (2000, XP), Lotus Notes / outlook, Internet explorer, MS office, TCP/IP / LAN etc

- Bilingual candidates preferred.
