Facilities Supervisors

We are looking for experienced Facilities Supervisors/Building Engineers to join our team in providing building maintenance services and management of service contractors for a MNC.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supervision of the overall operation of a facility including buildings, grounds, equipment and services ensuring high quality and uninterrupted service, and may from time to time involve in the regional facility
  • Act as onsite representative for all facility and office services equipment - troubleshoot and place maintenance calls as needed
  • Develop, update and implement site specific Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure timely communication to employees regarding facilities and office services, products and information
  • Analyze space needs, procure contracts and oversee work by Contractor for authorized building modifications
  • Ensure that security system and visitor processes are followed as per Security Policies and Procedures
  • Proactively ensure safety, security, appearance and functionality of facility. Take immediate action on building problem ensuring code, safety and security regulations are adhered to, interacting with building management, global security and outside vendors as required.
  • Interact with vendors, account receivable, purchasing and finance to research and properly code invoices for payment for approval of Site/Regional Facilities Manager
  • Ensure that recycling program is operating efficiently and to attend to the reception counter when necessary
  • Act as the Facilities representative on the Emergency Response/Building Evacuation teams
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned by Manager 

 

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelors's degree with 1 year of facilities experience, including previous supervisory experience: or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, negotiating and supervisory skills 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, co-workers, managers and clients

 

Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for experienced Facilities Admin Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support to the Facilities Department on building maintenance for a MNC.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative duties for the department
  • Processing of orders, POs, job chits, and follow ups
  • Ensure proper documentations and filing for the Facilities works processes

 

Prerequisites:

  • Min Diploma with 1 year of administative experience in similar environment
  • Good experience with administrative duties and processing of orders and POs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
