Job Positions: Helpdesk Specialists


Requirements:

- Diploma in IT or related discipline

- At least 6 months - 1 year of IT Helpdesk Support experience or desktop support experience with good communication skill

- Handling incoming calls and perform 1st Level of Support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports

- Experience in Lotus Notes & Mac OS will be an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Billingual in English and Mandarin

- Singaporeans and PRs preferred
