IT Technical Support Specialist (Fresh Grads are welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to end users on IT and simple network related problems (Eg, internet connectivity issues, emails and virus issues)
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting on computer hardware and software problems
• Installation and configuration of Windows Operating Systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals
• Assist in IT related projects such as migration, upgrade, installation, maintenance as and when required

 Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ ITE in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent fields with at least 3 months of experience
• IT savvy and good knowledge in supporting Email applications such as (Lotus Notes client , MS Outlook, Outlook express)
• Applicants with minimum 1 year of VIP support experience will be considered for senior roles 
• Singaporean/PR/Filipinos only

IT Servicedesk Analyst ( 12 hour rotating shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service
• Responsible for the logging of calls
• Provide 1st level troubleshooting to customers and escalate unresolved calls or requests to the appropriate parties in accordance to the SLA.
• Arrange for on-site support, if required, for problem diagnosis and/or resolution
• Responsible for the tracking / monitoring the calls and to provide periodic updates to the customers in a timely manner for cases not closed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ ITC in Information Technology (IT) or related fields
• At least 3 months of IT Helpdesk support experience
• Good technical skills supporting Windows OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes client
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual is preferred
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift (7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am)                          
• Diploma Fresh Grads with IT-related qualifications or relevant poly IT Industrial Attachment (IA experience will be considered
• Singaporeans/PR/Filipinos only
