We are looking for experienced HR Executives with good experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition to be part of the HR Team for an IT MNC. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager in interview arrangements and assisting in hiring processes of Executive & Management Level Talents
• Assist in monitoring Tracker/Career Direct updates
• Run and Create HR Reports
• Involving in Talent Mapping Projects

Prerequisites:

• Minimum possess Diploma/Degree in HR or relevant trade
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resource
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition of Executives to Top Management Level candidates
• Good experience in sourcing and posting relevant job advertisements to fulfull HR requirements
• Experience in HR Admin and interview coordination work
• Proficient in using MS Outlook and MS Outlook Calendaring
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
