Desktop Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support, troubleshooting of PC hardware and software
- Provide PC installation and configuration
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain workstation and related peripherals
Requirement:
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
- Basic knowledge on Window OS cloning
- Preferably with basic knowledge in Windows networking, wireless connect and VPN configuration
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Helpdesk Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Perform 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports
Requirement:
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on MS Office, Open Office applications and Off-the-shelve applications
- Experience with windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
- Knowledgeable on Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well
- Must be professional, tactful and meticulous
