Desktop Support

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support, troubleshooting of PC hardware and software
  • Provide PC installation and configuration
  • Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain workstation and related peripherals

Requirement:

  • Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
  • Basic knowledge on Window OS cloning
  • Preferably with basic knowledge in Windows networking, wireless connect and VPN configuration
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Only Singaporean / Singapore PR  need to apply

 

Helpdesk Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Perform 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports

Requirement:

  • Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office, Open Office applications and Off-the-shelve applications
  • Experience with windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
  • Knowledgeable on Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well
  • Must be professional, tactful and meticulous

Technology Assistant *URGENT*

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing 1st level troubleshooting for problems related to hardware/software and application system
  • Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals
  • Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services
  • Ensure the proper running of IT equipment and systems

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in IT/Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of IT-related experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh Graduates with good technical support skills are welcome to apply
  • Only Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian need to apply

 

Temp Desktop Support - 3 month

 

Requirements:

  • Some PC troubleshooting experience
  • Nitec In IT / Diploma in Information Technology or relevant qualification
  • Able to commit for 3 month
  • Location: Island Wide/ West area
  • Only Singaporeans & PR
