QA Specialist (Service Quality and Operation) – Call Centre
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the Quality and Accessibility management for the Inbound Telesales team and monitor/review the team's sales performance on a daily basis.
- You will also assist the Head of Section to oversee the operations and handle second level enquiries/feedback from the customers. You will also be in charge of the manpower planning of the team and handle sales reviews with the Head of Section and Team Leaders.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1-2 year experience in Inbound telesales
- Candidates with experience in doing QA and call centre operations will be preferred
- Able to use Microsoft Excel
- Energetic, innovative and able to work with people of all levels
- Singaporeans/ Singapore PR Preferred
Customer Service – 5 Openings (Permanent/ Contract Call centre)
Responsibilities:
- Provides online sales support by assisting customers with their online purchases through online chat services and convert chat opportunities into sales.
- Required to undertake consultative selling online and grow customer revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, with the ability to provide suitable solutions to customers and influence buying-decision.
- Resolve all applicable chats at first point of contact to avoid repetitive enquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints within specified timeframes and ensure commitments are followed through to resolution.
- Pass on customer feedback/complaints to the relevant departments and advise customer of timeframe to resolve.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Business certificate with at least 6 months’ experience in Sales/Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written (particularly with grammar and professionalism), and a second language.
- Customer service and call centre experience is an advantage
- Excellent key-board skills, with the ability to multi-task with several online applications at one time.
- Ability to understand and use the technology, including keen awareness of the social media.
- Customer service oriented, target-driven, self motivated and willing to take on challenges.
- A team player, must enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with proven ability to manage stress in a high volume work environment.
- Singaporeans/PR’s preferred.
Customer Service (Call centre)
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone enquiries from the policyholders.
- To work harmoniously with the team members to provide excellent customer service.
- To be able to meeting the key performance indicators on a monthly basis is necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder (ideally with financial background and a little IT savvy)
- Must have at least minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Able to work in shift rotation basis including weekends. (Shift allowance will be provided).
- Should be able to pass the 1 month training.
- Singaporeans/ Singapore PR preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred (Will handle Chinese customers)
Admin Officer
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office tools
- Min ‘O’ level and above
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred (Will deal with Chinese clients)
- Singaporean and PR only
- Able to start immediately
Finance Assistant
Reporting to Accountant / Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for AR, AR reconciliation, accurate sales billing, customer profile maintenance, issuing of miscellaneous receipts, records as well as updating sales receipts.
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, CAT or LCCI Higher
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in a large organization or MNC
- Meticulous, organized and detailed-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
- Willing to work at AMK area
