Computer Operator
Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Centre Operations which includes batch processing, backups and recovery
- Monitoring of system and connectivity to ensure system availability
- Manage tape management processes which includes onsite/offsite media
- Report and escalate operational problems as need be
- Ensure physical security procedures are followed strictly
- Liaising with technical support staff in the event errors require a change of instructions or sequence of operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or relevant discipline with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to perform Shift Work
- Fresh Graduate with basic networking knowledge are welcome.
Customer Service Engineer (Hands-On & Phone Support)
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT technical services/troubleshooting for customers located around Singapore.
- Involved in IT projects implementation and deployment.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma holders
- Discipline with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with IT infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge/skills in networking (LAN/WAN) and router configuration
- Motivated, resourceful and able to perform under tight schedules
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Fresh graduates from polytechnics with above knowledge/skills may apply
