IT Support Executive

  • Experience in setting-up and troubleshooting PC and notebook hardware (hard disk drive, RAM, DVD drive etc)

  • Experience in setting-up and troubleshooting PC peripherals eg. Monitor, Local/network printer, scanners, etc.
  •  Understand how to use basic network troubleshooting tools and technique to determine problems.
  •  Must be a team player, with good spoken communication skill and helpful and friendly deposition.

  • Possess at least a NITEC / Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered

  • Fresh graduates can be considered 

  • Singaporeans / SPR and Malaysians may apply.

 

IT Helpdesk Specialist (Phone Support)

  • Providing 1st level technical support via phone calls, email etc

  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting

  • Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Open Office applications and off-the-shelve applications

  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task

  • Possess at least a NITEC / Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered

  • Singaporeans / SPR and Malaysians may apply.
