IT Support Executive
- Experience in setting-up and troubleshooting PC and notebook hardware (hard disk drive, RAM, DVD drive etc)
- Experience in setting-up and troubleshooting PC peripherals eg. Monitor, Local/network printer, scanners, etc.
- Understand how to use basic network troubleshooting tools and technique to determine problems.
- Must be a team player, with good spoken communication skill and helpful and friendly deposition.
- Possess at least a NITEC / Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered
- Fresh graduates can be considered
- Singaporeans / SPR and Malaysians may apply.
IT Helpdesk Specialist (Phone Support)
- Providing 1st level technical support via phone calls, email etc
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, Open Office applications and off-the-shelve applications
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Possess at least a NITEC / Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered
- Singaporeans / SPR and Malaysians may apply.
