Responsibilities:
-
Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support, VPN
-
Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails
-
Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
-
Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
-
Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
-
Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
Requirements:
-
Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Desktop/Helpdesk support
-
Effective in solving problems and recommend solutions if need arises
-
Have a strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Able to work independently while thriving in a team
