Responsibilities:

• Identify and propose network efficiencies, and optimise networks
• Provides support in the implementation of new IT infrastructure
• Perform routine network monitoring and maintenance of network devices
• Manage and provide regular updates on the implementation of projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other relevant certifications will be advantageous
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Network engineering, system administration / engineering.
• Experience in DNS, loadbalancers and VPN
• Experience in CISCO/ Alcatel network devises such as routers, switches, firewall, IP configuration etc
• Experience in MPLS/ ITIL/ITSM/network security and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP will be an added advantage
• Ability to prepare for the unexpected and to deal with it calmly is a great asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal
• Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player.
