Associate Engineer (Broadband Service)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of broadband services
- Provide technical support for sales representatives, clients and business partners
- Deliver technical- and sales-oriented solutions to clients and business partners
- Plan and implement Wi-Fi network in customers? premises
- Setup and configure CPE for broadband triple play services
- Carry out configuration on routers and switches
- Setup, maintain and analyze the output of monitoring systems
- Perform shift work and any urgent tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Poly diploma in Computer or Information Technology
- 3 years of field experience in the related areas
- Good knowledge in: ADSL and GPON network; LAN, WiFi and telephony networking; Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems; Office/Home network router/modem
- PC hardware and software fault isolation skills
- Project management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant disposition and positive attitude
- Team player
- Class 3 driving license
Desktop Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support, troubleshooting of PC hardware and software
- Provide PC installation and configuration
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain workstation and related peripherals
Requirement:
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
- Basic knowledge on Window OS cloning
- Preferably with basic knowledge in Windows networking, wireless connect and VPN configuration
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Only Singaporean / Singapore PR need to apply
Helpdesk Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Perform 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports
Requirement:
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on MS Office, Open Office applications and Off-the-shelve applications
- Experience with windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
- Knowledgeable on Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well
- Must be professional, tactful and meticulous

Technology Assistant *URGENT*
Responsibilities:
- Performing 1st level troubleshooting for problems related to hardware/software and application system
- Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals
- Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services
- Ensure the proper running of IT equipment and systems
Requirements:
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in IT/Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of IT-related experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
