JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Excellent opportunity to work in a top listed company in Singapore
  • Incubent should be well versed in technology and customer care 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team on project management, conceptualise and implement digitized customer care channels to improve overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the IT team and suppliers to determine the best technical implementation
  • Supporting day to day operations of the developed customer care channels
  • Manage Consumer Operations and other duties as assigned
Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in Customer Care
  • Candidates with an IT background and project management experience would be advantageous.
  • Experienced in project management or business analysis
  • Customer service oriented
