Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process for both candidates and clients.
• Provide market knowledge and advice to clients.
• Source suitable candidates according to requirements.
• Maintain candidate networks and databases.
• Provide career advice and guidance to the candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates and prepare them for clients’ interviews.
• Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages.
• Keep up-to-date of market and commercial developments through research and networking events.
• Provide good customer service and build excellent rapport with both clients and candidates.
• Manage contract and temporary staff.
Requirements:• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business or other related field of study.
• Prior recruitment or HR experience.
• Highly driven and goal oriented, able to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Excellent communicator, able to work independently and in a team.
• Focused, committed, well organized, resilient and positive.
• Enjoy interacting with people at all level.
