We are proud to share that our CEO, Mr. Kevin Liang, as Chairman of Shenton House’s Collective Sale Committee (CSC), has successfully led the enbloc sale of Shenton House in November 2023 for $538 million.
Located in Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD), Shenton House was one of the last remaining icons of the 1970s along Shenton Way. The 25-storey strata-titled commercial development at 3 Shenton Way occupied a land area of 36,350 square feet and housed 40 retail shops, 163 office units, and a car park with 225 spaces.
The legal completion of the sale was finalized in June 2024, marking the successful conclusion of this historic transaction.
JLL, the appointed sole marketing agent, brokered the deal with the purchaser, International 101.
