Our director, Ms Kitty Tan, was recently interviewed by South China Morning Post (SCMP) and shared her thoughts on job losses due to COVID-19. The article was published on June 7th. SCMP is a leading English-language newspaper, based in Hong Kong. In the article, Ms Kitty commented that working longer hours and staying for many years in an organisation is no longer the key to remaining employed in the new economy. Instead, one must embrace flexibility in their career mindset to adapt to the rapidly changing environment.
