Today, EPS Group is established as a market leader in IT outsourcing services, with large global and regional companies as clients. EPS also has seven offices in the region employing about 500 employees.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Kevin encountered many obstacles, including limited finances and resources, difficulty in overseas business management, and challenges in attracting and retaining talents. These challenges, instead, presented opportunities for Kevin to hone his skills and gain business insights.

Participating in executive programmes at Harvard Business School in Boston and Singapore Management University, Kevin learned and incorporated effective business concepts into his business

Believing that entrepreneurship requires adaptability, leadership, resourcefulness and resilience, Kevin constantly review and revamps his business models to remain relevant. He also pays close attention to cash-flow management to ensure there are always sufficient funds for business obligations

Moving ahead, Kevin plans to grow EPS Group and increase its regional footprint and market share, expanding into more ASEAN countries.

May his achievement lead to greater successes in the years to come.
